Happy Weekend!!!

I so need to get my self doing something, but I have absolutely no energy (?) and it is really muggy!!! So I think I am going to hide in my air conditioned craft room and hem my mommy's pants and work on my new kitchen curtains. This is a card I send to cousin Lisa (in April)! I stamped the image at Miss Dawns house, I really think I need some of these ladies!! Have a really nice day!! :-}

Just my random thoughts (not that anyone cares) 1) Who is Heidi and Spencer and why are they famous??? (Weirdos) 2) Does Monica Conyers really think anyone is praying for her??? (if you are you are crazy also!) 3) Why must we deal with family members when we do not want to? (You do not have to deal with anyone else should you chose not to.) 4) Why do they always cancel TV shows that I love?? (Pushing Daisies) 5) How did my little boy become 23???? Well everything has wrapped up!! American Idol: Kris Allen (ok), Dancing with the Stars: Shawn Johnson (I am good with that too), Survivor: JT (I love JT), The Celebrity Apprentice: Joan Rivers (I believe I have said this before - YUCK!!!!!) So maybe now I will actually get something done around my house!! We need to finish the kitchen (painting and stuff), switching my craft room and my sons bedroom (I have way toooooooooo much stuff), and clean up the yard. Mom is coming to town in the middle of June so I really need to get my butt moving!!! Hope all is going well for everyone, and I will be posting some cards very soon!! Wednesday. . .

Hope everyone is getting through this lovely crazy patch of life ok!!! I have been sewing quite a bit lately, watching all the reality TV I can get, and routing for the wings!!! So of course I have not been blogging! Lets start with Dancing with the Stars - hello what is America thinking?????? Ty Murray might be a perfectly nice gentlemen but HE CANNOT DANCE!!!! I just loved Lil Kim and I really thought she had a chance to win, but noooooooooooo America voted to keep the guy who cannot dance! Now, The Celebrity Apprentice - Joan Rivers needs to GROW UP!!! Hello . . . .

Today I baked cookies all day(but still have not eaten any!!). I love to give gifts for different occasions so I made Easter sugar cookies while I got my vegetables ready for tomorrow. The weather here is really kind of nice for a change, the sun is shining and it is about 50 degrees and we get to go bowling tonight then come home and wait for the Easter Bunny!!! So I just wanted to post another card or two for cousin Michelle. I love the mice. Happy Easter everyone!!

Hello out there in blog land!!! I have recently joined Facebook and I am still not sure that I prefer that to blogging. For me I leaning towards blogging as more comfortable (for me anyway). So many people do not understand the whole scrapbooking, card making thing that when you post on your blog it just seems more personal. Oh well everyone has there own opinion. Now for all you Detroit Tiger fans - tomorrow is opening day! I am not going to the game (did that opening day thing once - never again) but I hope they have a great season.
