Monday. . .

Happy Monday!!! Hope you all had a great weekend. I went to a Stampin Up gathering on Friday, Saturday I bothered my sister and my mom and yesterday we celebrated my son and my niece's birthday. (They have the same birthday - 5 years apart) I do not understand how my son got so old, it seems like just yesterday he was 9 now he is 22.

I am now working full time, so I probably will get less creative than normal, but I really am going to try and concentrate on getting some things done. I hoping to get some christmas cards or scrapbooking done this weekend. You all have a great week remember it is a short work week!! yahooooooooooooooooo!!

I really do not know that many bloggers, but I will play little Dawn's game. 1)10 Years ago I was: working as a lunch lady at my son's school, getting use to the idea that my son was now going to be in Jr. High, mother of only 1 cat (who is now in heaven) and letting my husband support me all summer long!! 2)5 things on my to do list today: Get my son and neice's birthday present, paint my kitchen, finish some scrapping projects, start some Christmas projects, start exercising!!! 3)Snacks I Love: Chocolate, Cheeze-it mix, animal crackers, Watermelon!!!!! 4)Things I will do when I am a millioniare: Re-model my house, build an animal shelter, send my son to the college of his choice, retire with my husband! 5)Places I have lived: St. Clair Shores, Roseville, St. Clair Shores. . . . . Just another Saturday!

OK, so the weather outside (in my opinion) is frightful!!! First week of June and what happened to 75 - 80, no we have to go right to 93!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate heat & humidity!! Give me a nice 65 - 75 and I am a happy girl with hot flashes of my own! Enought about the weather, the WINGS WON!!!!! I am so happy, but I have had enough party time for at least a month, thank you my dear friend Terri!!! (The photo above was sent to me by a lovely co-worker - I of course was in a bar!!) I have been making some cards lately I just need to take some photos. I have to work this afternoon, so when I get home I will have to hold up in my craft room where the air conditioning is anyway, maybe I can get some pictures taken. Have a really nice day and stay cool!!!!

Yeah Kristy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooo glad Kristy won. OK, now there is officially not much of anything left to watch, so maybe I can put my attentions elsewhere!!! Hope everyone sleeps tight and oh yeah GO WINGS!!!!

Random Thoughts. . .

Just thinking, does anyone else not understand the price of gas, why Kwame is still the mayor and why there are so many mean people out there?!?!?!? Also, I have a problem with my favorite reality shows ending, Survivor, Big Brother, now Dancing with the Stars. (What am I suppose to watch now???) The winner of Survivor really disappointed me, winner of Big Brother was OK, So I can only hope Kristy wins Dancing with the Stars. I know I watch to much TV, but it keeps me out of trouble. I took the above picture on Mothers Day, and another thought occurred to me, how did these kids get so old????? Everyone have a really nice Friday!!!!

Happy belated Mothers Day!!

I hope you all had a wonderful day. The weather here in lovely Michigan was awful (cold and wet), the kind of day you want to stay in bed and watch movies all day. I received candy from my husband, a card from the cats and flowers and wine from my little boy (who is 21). My husband and my son are also taking down the wallpaper in the kitchen, yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! Also, my sister and I went shopping and made purchases at the Mega meet. We bought nestabilites, circles and ovals and then if you spent a certain amount you got a free spellbinders machine, so of course we had to get a few flower dies. She of course has a machine that is adaptable, I then got the new spellbinders machine!! Well, have a nice day I have to go the the dentist, and check on the wallpaper removal.
